1. Products & Authenticity

• We specialize in pre-owned and vintage timepieces. All watches are carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability.

• Unless explicitly stated, watches may show signs of age or prior wear consistent with vintage condition.

• We are not affiliated with or authorized by Rolex, Tudor, or any other watch brands. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order prior to shipping.

• Payment must clear in full before any item ships.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• We ship insured and require signature upon delivery.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 48-hour return window starting from the date the watch is delivered.

• To initiate a return, you must email [your contact email] within 48 hours of delivery.

• Watches must be returned in the exact condition received with all original accessories, tags, and paperwork.

• Watches that are worn, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

• Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval.

5.  Selling Your Watch

• Baron & Baron Timepieces may, at its discretion, purchase watches directly from customers.

• All offers are subject to inspection and verification of authenticity.

• Final valuations will be determined based on current market conditions, condition of the watch, and any supporting documentation (such as box, papers, or service records).

• Once a sale is agreed upon, ownership transfers to Baron & Baron Timepieces upon receipt and inspection of the watch and completion of payment.

• All sales to Baron & Baron Timepieces are final.

6. Warranty & Service

• Unless otherwise stated, all watches are sold as-is with no manufacturer or seller warranty.

• We do not guarantee water resistance on vintage watches.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our site or purchase of a product.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the watch or service in question.

8. Website Use

• Content on this site, including photos, descriptions, and pricing, is owned by Baron & Baron Timepieces and may not be copied or used without permission.

• We may update or discontinue any product or service without notice.

9. Governing Law
