Every watch that enters our collection is independently inspected by one of two master watchmakers we work with, each with over 30 years of hands-on experience. They examine the movement, dial, case, and all components separately. If anything raises concern, the watch does not make it into our collection. This rigorous inspection process is our commitment to ensuring that every timepiece we offer is genuine and accurately represented.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 3-business-day return window from the date of delivery. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging and documentation. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We stand behind what we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Absolutely. With over 25 years of relationships in the watch industry, we have access to a wide network of trusted sources. How does shipping work?

All watches are shipped fully insured with signature required upon delivery. For watches priced over $5,000, we ship overnight for $149. For watches under $5,000, we ship via 2-day service for $75. Every shipment is packaged discreetly with no external branding or indication of contents.

How do I sell or trade my watch?

What payment methods do you accept?

For watches priced over $5,000, we accept payment via bank wire transfer. For watches under $5,000, we accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

However, every watch we sell has been thoroughly inspected by two independent master watchmakers and is accurately described in every listing so you know exactly what you're getting.
