Welcome to Baron & Baron Timepieces LLC. By accessing or using our website at barontimepieces.com and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Products & Authenticity

Baron & Baron Timepieces LLC is an independent reseller of pre-owned and new luxury timepieces. We are not an authorized dealer for any watch brand. All watches sold are guaranteed to be 100% authentic.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank wire transfers (required for purchases over $5,000). Payment must be received in full before shipping.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders ship via fully insured carriers with signature confirmation. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to carrier. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and include all original packaging. Contact info@barontimepieces.com to initiate a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and must be fully insured. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

5. Selling Your Watch

Interested in selling your timepiece? Contact info@barontimepieces.com with details and photos. All offers are subject to inspection and authentication.

6. Warranty & Service

Pre-owned watches are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Some items may include remaining manufacturer warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baron & Baron Timepieces LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price.

8. Website Use

All site content is our property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
