At Baron & Baron Timepieces LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@barontimepieces.com within this timeframe.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The watch must be in the same condition as received — unworn and unaltered.
- All original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be shipped using a fully insured, trackable shipping method. Baron & Baron Timepieces LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
We strongly recommend using a reputable carrier with signature confirmation and full declared-value insurance. Returns that arrive damaged or are lost in transit due to insufficient packaging or insurance will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without original packaging, documentation, or accessories.
- Items returned after the 3-day return window has closed.
